Elbow Pain, Lateral Epicondylitis, Tennis Elbow

Many people (mostly athletes) deal with this painful condition that makes it difficult to swing a tennis racket or a golf club, or even throw a ball. This may feel like a sharp pain on the elbow during certain motions which is due to an inflammatory cycle due to a repetitive motion injury. Some people attempt to place creams such as tiger balm or icy hot, do ice massage, wear a wrap around their forearm, get a cortisone shot and or physical therapy and may have some success but unfortunately many show limited success. Therapies at this office are successful at breaking down the inflamed soft tissue adhesions and allowing it to be released. If you have tried the other therapies with limited or no long term relief, or just want to find a successful treatment right off the bat, please give my office a call.
